WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

April State Designs accepts the following payment methods:
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
April State Designs features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.


Shipping Policies

Everything is made to order. My art is sent to a company operating in the USA at the time of order for printing and shipping. I do not stock my designs in a warehouse so please refer to the estimates processing /shipping times in the listing or in the shopping cart.

Your estimated processing time is provided to you prior to and during checkout.

*Note- Processing does NOT include shipping time.
Shipping upgrades WON’T expedite processing time.

While most items ship within a few business days, the estimated processing time should be considered when you place your order.

TRACKING is provided when your item ships. You can view the link in your purchase history on your Etsy account. Please note that every carrier does not choose to scan


Custom/Personalized Orders

I do not do custom orders at this time. 

My artwork is printed at the time of purchase but a company in the USA and is printed exactly as the listing displays the product. No changes can be applied after purchase.

 

Size Chart/What Fits Me (For Apparel only)?

Size Charts for all products offered are available in the Listing Photos.

Please keep in mind that every body type is different. I suggest measuring your favorite shirt/hoodie. Take the measurement by laying it flat and measure from underarm to underarm for chest measurements. Take measurements from the back of the shirt. For length measurements, measure from shoulder to hem.
Some products double the chest measurements in the size chart. Example measurements of 22 inches will want a measurement of 44 inches.


I need my item Rushed by a certain date. Can you assist (Only Applies to Physical Products NOT Digital)?

All Items are printed by my production partner based in the USA.
The estimated processing time will be visible to you in the cart.
Please check the estimate PRIOR to checkout.
The estimated time frame will be based on the production partner’s current volumes and your shipping location.

Unfortunately, I cannot ensure delivery prior to the time frame set during checkout. I cannot promise delivery by a certain date that’s different from the estimate provided during checkout.

Some products may ship within a few business days while others may take up to 15 business days. More time may be needed for processing/shipping during the Holidays.


Color choices + Faux Glitter/Gold Foil

All viewing devices are different so please keep in mind that colors may vary in person versus the colors viewed on you device.

Any gold foil, metallic or glitter added to the design is faux. No actual glitter or foil will be present on your item. Real foil and glitter tend to wear off after several washes so this actually extends the life of your product.


Returns/Cancellations on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, I do NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any issues with your order contact me and we will get it taken care of. 

 

Returns/Cancellations on Physical Products

ALL SALES ARE FINAL however, April State Designs will accept returns on items that were damaged (damages include incorrect sizing from what was ordered, faulty printing, tears/holes in item). All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. 

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment.

 Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address YOU provide during order processing.
