Shipping policy
DIGITAL FILES
If you purchased a digital file NO PRINT will be mailed to your address. Price does not include printing, framing, or accessories. Your files will be available for direct download once payment is confirmed. An email link will also be sent.
PROCESSING
Apparel takes 3-7 business days to print and send. In some cases, due to item back orders, there may be a slight delay (usually of no more than 7 additional days).
As soon as the product is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link to follow your order live!
SHIPPING
US customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 5-10 business days. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
International customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 20 business days or less. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
International customers are responsible for any duties associated with purchase.
Please note that US customers receive tracking via USPS.
In instances where items used for printing are out of stock, information referencing delays will be posted on each individual item and/or emailed to the customer.
RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL however, April State Designs will accept returns on items that were damaged (damages include incorrect sizing from what was ordered, faulty printing, tears/holes in item). All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color.
If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment.
Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address YOU provide during order processing.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Once an order has been placed, only the shipping address or email address can be changed. The item's details (size, color, etc.) cannot be changed. Once an order has been placed, IT CANNOT BE CANCELED. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
A tracking number will be sent via email after your order has been processed and shipped. We will also send a courtesy email informing you of your delivery once your order has been delivered to your location.
Orders are not shipped after 4:30 pm on Fridays, on the weekends or holidays.
We will ship everything in your order EXCEPT the BACK-ORDERED item(s). Once the item(s) is restocked in our warehouse it will be ship to you immediately. Back-ordered items will be listed on your order confirmation receipt as "back-ordered".
Once you receive your tracking number and your package is in transit to your location, we no longer have any information or ability than what you can see on the USPS.COM tracking website. The only info we have is your tracking number which we have provided to you via email. We recommend contacting your local post office (in your area), your mail carrier and USPS at 1-800-275-8777 if you have issues with your delivery. They are the only point of contact that can offer any additional information other than what's on the tracking website. If you have issues with tracking your package please contact us.
Sometimes a customer's order may get flagged by our billing system. In this case, we will need to email or call you to verify your credit card info and billing address. We will need to confirm that you are indeed the owner of this card and you have full knowledge of the transaction. This verification step lowers the chances of fraud to the customer and to our business.
Please verify that all shipping, billing and email information is correct BEFORE submitting your payment. We cannot be held accountable for packages lost due to INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER during purchase. If your package is returned to us because you have given us an invalid address we will notify you so you can make arrangements to have it reshipped, customers pay all shipping fees.
If your package never arrives back to our facility, we cannot and will not issue you a refund or replacement products. If the package is undeliverable due to a fault of ours, we will take full responsibility and reship your package at our expense.
